Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Most orders within the continental United States are processed within 3-6 business days and shipped via your selected shipping method. During sale or collection launch periods, please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing. Estimated delivery dates from shipping carriers do not apply to orders with pre-order or custom products.
Custom Products:
All custom products with additional order items will ship together and may take up to 4-8 weeks for production. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Expedited Shipping:
Orders with UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped on the same day. Shipping costs are set by our carriers. Tati Made This is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, including weather or storm delays.
International Shipping:
International shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, package volume, destination, and item retail prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders placed before October 25th, 2023, do not include additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges. Check your local customs website for details. International orders shipped with USPS International will be delivered by the local shipping carrier post customs processing. Tracking updates for USPS International
shipments will be available through your local post office.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies only to domestic continental US orders over $40, excluding APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, or VI. Some restrictions may apply.
Custom Orders:
Allow up to 2-4 weeks for production and delivery. Estimated delivery dates for custom orders do not include the production time. Custom items, when combined with other products, will ship together. Custom items are excluded from discounts and promos. Once shipped, changes are not possible, and returns are not accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Tati Made This is not responsible for confirmed lost or stolen packages delivered to the shipping address provided. Incorrect shipping information at checkout leading to delivery issues is not the responsibility of Tati Made This. Verify your shipping address before finalizing checkout. Contact us immediately for address updates. Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned shipments due to address errors, and returned shipments may incur a restocking fee.
