How do I take care of my rhinestone products?

To maintain the brilliance of your rhinestones, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store your clip in a cool, dry place. Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth if needed.

Are the 3M adhesive backing letter patches permanent?

While 3M adhesive backing can adhere to a variety of fabrics, we cannot provide an absolute assurance that the patches will remain permanently attached unless they are sewn. Please note that patches are not eligible for replacement and are not covered by any warranty.

Since Tati Made This, how would she reccommend taking care of her items?

Are my items waterproof?

Tati Made This items aren't waterproof, so keep them dry for optimal performance. While our hair clips and acetate-based items can handle damp hair, it's not recommended to fully submerge them for extended periods.So, let's avoid the deep dives and keep these stylish accessories in their element!


Can I order bulk items for events or parties?

Ummm duh! We offer bulk ordering options for events, parties, or special occasions. Contact me for more details and customization options.

What items are final sale?

When will my custom order ship?

Give us some time to craft your custom order. Expect a production and delivery timeframe of 2-4 weeks. Since custom items are handmade, the estimated delivery dates don't include the production period. If your order includes other items, everything will ship together. Keep in mind that custom items aren't eligible for discounts or promos. Once your unique order is on its way, we can't tweak it, and unfortunately, we don't accept returns for custom products. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible. We begin the order processing immediately to ensure swift delivery. This policy applies universally with no exceptions.

My order is inccorect/damaged. What should I do?

Should you receive an item that's damaged or not quite right, reach out to us right away. Just shoot us an email with your order number and a photo of the item. Keep in mind that after 30 days, we can't provide a complete replacement or refund for items that show wear-and-tear over time. Give us a couple of business days to look into your inquiry.

Where is my Tati Made This Gift Card?

Tati Made This gift cards are digital. Within a few hours, you will be receiving an email that will contain the gift card sequence and gift card amount. You can forward that email over to the gift card recipient if you did not select the option to send as a gift during the purchasing process. 

**Please note, gift card orders are non-refundable.
